REFUND POLICY

At  Eletricar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we're here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival.
  • Incorrect items sent (wrong product or size).
  • Items that do not match the product description.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change-of-mind purchases.
  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Email: adelina.lim@eletricar.com.sg with your order number and reason for the refund.
  • Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we review your request (within 1–2 business days), we will provide instructions on whether to return the item or dispose of it, along with next steps.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
